Seller reviewWarren estimated that roughly $50-60k of upgrades would allow our house to sell above $200k rather than around $110k "as is". He was proven spot on, glad we followed his advice. For the previous 5-10 years his property management company did an excellent job keeping our property rented at good rates.

Seller reviewAmanda Brite did an amazing job on the sale of 301 Glenwood. She did a prelisting walkthrough and made a few recommendations to get the house ready to sell. Once it was listed, she had it under contract in 6 hours! She worked well with the buyers agent to negotiate the repair items that resulted from the inspection so everyone was satisfied. The closing went smoothly and was on time without incident. I will definitely use Amanda again and recommend her as a buyer or seller's agent!
