As a lifelong resident of Chautauqua County, I have gained a unique perspective and knowledge of the area. Before entering into the real estate industry twelve plus year ago, I worked in a manufacturing facility as a Quality Assurance Manager. I bring those quality assurance and management skills to my real estate business. I am heavily involved in the community serving on several boards including the Celoron planning board, the Chautauqua Leadership Network branding and marketing committee, Jamestown A. M. Rotary, Board of Realtors PR committee, and the Board of Realtors ethics committee and Board of Directors. I hold an associate degree in Business Administration from Jamestown Community College and a Bachelor degree from Fredonia State University in Psychology. My educational experience gives me knowledge in business marketing and human behavior, which is a great combination for a real estate career. I look forward to working with you and brining all my skills and enthusiasm to help you accomplish your real estate goals.

Buyer reviewBill has been working with us for nearly a year. He showed us houses in the rain, snow up to our knees and sunny hot days. He was been very patient with us. He was also helpful, honest and informative. He wasted no time, when there was a new listing he let us know. We finally found our home in July, a new listing not even officially on the market. We made an an offer that night and it was accepted. Bill was amazing to work with and we would recommend him to anyone!

Buyer reviewI would highly recommend William Burley as your real estate broker... he was very knowledgeable to all of my questions and concerns... if I felt that I needed to view the property just one more time to be sure that it was what I wanted - Bill was very accomodating and did not hesitate to schedule another viewing for me to look at the property... He just made the whole experience enjoyable... buying a house can be very stressful, but Bill did his best to make the experience awesome... He just made you feel like you could trust him and have confidence that he had your best interest at heart... I really have nothing bad to say about the whole experience... I'm very happy with the home and I am glad that I got the opportunity to work with Bill Burley...
