Buyer reviewPeggy Ballman went out of her way in many ways with dealing with a new loan agent from the bank to arranging inspections, setting up an "unneeded" water inspection required by the loan agent. Peggy took me through several houses on the first day and a few more on the second day before we went back to the three that had the highest potential. Peggy would make neutral comments here and there, but she never attempted to sway me in choosing one over the over. She's very knowledgeable about the rules and regulations of the real estate business and very patient with those who didn't know about them, i.e. the loan agent. Peggy worked hard to make sure the bank was meeting its requirement for a VA loan and help them not miss a deadline. I would highly recommend Peggy to anyone! Peggy Ballman is the best example that any other real estate agent could learn from.

And to her credit, she was ready with repairman referrals, this was a great help as we were out of state sellers. Gina was very accessible by telephone, text or email and was always more than willing to help.
