We were certain Mike McCaty would do an awesome job due to us always seeing what he would list and sell throughout the years, so we knew to give Mike the contract. I came early to my appointment with Mike for the initial inspection and in determining the comps and value of house. It was obvious that Mike already had put his time in the comps prior to meeting me. He was VERY knowledgeable! Mike's assistant, Patti was great as well. A wonderful team that both my husband and I would recommend to anyone wanting to sell their house. I previously had experience with a realtor that within like 4 days of the listing, suggested to reduce the price by $35,000. I had another that changed what their commission would be twice, so certainly would not sign a contract with that realtor. Mike is the best! Mike McCaty was great with explaining my options when a buyer's contact came in. Prior to that contract, Mike had 2 open houses, what realtor does that! Patti was great
