We have used Adam several times for selling and buying our homes over the past several years. He is the absolute best! Our first house we sold with him was a major fixer upper - we didn't think anyone would want to buy it and we were sure realtors would run away from us and not want to sell it lol! Adam helped us figure out what projects were worth doing and which ones to stay away from. We took his advice and he sold it quickly! As first time home buyer's, Adam could not have been more patient and easier to work with throughout our search. Adam was quick to answer any questions, schedule showings, etc. Over several months of working with Adam, I can't think of a single text or phone call that went unanswered for more than 5 minutes. Adam helped us navigate a scenario where we were one of several offers for our home and his recommendations worked flawlessly to win the contract. His expert advice, based on our home's age and location, to do a somewhat less than common inspection saved us thousands in potential issues! A less caring agent would have probably failed to notice or even neglected to mention the possible issue in order to keep the sale moving. I feel quite confident that I will readily recommend Adam to any friends looking to purchase a home in the area and will certainly be enlisting his services if I ever need to sell my current home.
