Seller reviewWe recently had the amazing experience of selling our home with Randy Porizek of Century 21. Randy and his Dad, Kevin, were truly amazing to work with. They were able to get us more than we ever imagined for our home, and it took less than a week to get multiple offers! They were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy, and made the entire process a breeze. He is well worth his commission and I would not use any one else. They addressed my concerns and came to the table with solutions. There were a few surprises as can happen during the sell of a home. What impressed me is that they communicated not only the issue in a timely manner but they were ready with solutions and options. That reduced my stress and made this a great home sell process for me. Kevin and Randy displayed great character in all our interactions. They were professional and respectful. I appreciate that they respected my time, my family and my career. Kevin has years of real estate experience with a style that is warm and approachable. He has a disarming personality. They were also polite to address concerns and clarify, sometimes repeatedly, the process that was taking place. Kevin Porizek was critical to this home purchase.
