Seller reviewMimi is the best you can get when it comes to the sale of your home. She has the most professional way of taking the worry away. She anticipates what needs to be done like it's a sixth sense- whether it's the home, the market, the buyers. She was always one step ahead of our questions. Her experience is invaluable! Mimi knew we were on a limited cash situation and came up with ideas to sell our house economically and quickly. She introduced us to outstanding service providers like great Title reps, septic and pest inspections etc etc. I will say when she told us to paint and replace carpet- we did. She was completely correct on how to get the best initial impression and quick sale on a house that needed updating. She has a super support team who helped operationalize the marketing plan and we're on the spot if we needed help. Lastly- in negotiations she was fair- professional- and powerful. You could not ask for a better partner in the sale of your home.
