Seller reviewBlake Mashburn and his team were thorough and professional with the sale of our family home in Oxnard from start to finish. His colleague, Lori Stern, helped facilitate the most minute aspects of the sales process. I live in Palmdale, and their attention to detail made my trips to Oxnard highly productive. The sale was required to go though Probate Court, a new experience for me. Blake and Lori were well versed in this process, and extremely supportive to me, both personally and professionally. Dealing with grief while clearing out 50 years of belongings from my parents was difficult. Blake offered tips and support all along the way.
