Buyer reviewAaron Pierce had a good understanding of what exactly my goals were and what I was looking for in a house. He had good insight into the neighborhoods, which played a significant role in my selection of a house. He made the process very smooth. Aaron stayed in constant contact and handled any hurdles that may have come up. He was very easy to work with. Courteous and professional. His good attitude made this process much less stressful than it could have been. I would highly recommend Aaron Pierce as a realtor. As an investor, I have worked with many different realtors and real estate offices. Aaron has made this one of the least stressful purchases I've had.

Seller reviewWho sells a home in less than one day from the time it was posted on-line? Ed and Aaron, thats who? Awesome job gentleman! Ed Ruddy and Aaron Pierce displayed role model behaviors in every aspect of this experience. It was a real delight working with these 2 professionals. This was my first time selling a home and I had no idea what to expect, how to plan, etc. Aaron and Ed said "don't worry, we will take care of everything". I thought to myself, these are nice guys trying to make me calm, but are they really going to take care of everything? The short answer is YES, they took care of any follow up items from the inspections, coordinated getting service providers to the home, and oversaw the actions of each service provider. I literally just had to sign the papers at the closing(which was quick and very easy to understand what I was signing), shake hands with the buyer, and hand over the keys. I have already referred a colleague of mine as a potential customer and I am confident they will not be disappointed.
