Seller reviewOur home took quite some time to sell, and Adam was with us every step of the way. To no fault of our own, nor Adam's, it took three buyers before one finally stuck. We had one fall through due to a home sale contingency, the second had financing fall through and Adam attempted to offer assistance to their agent to make it work to no avail and finally the third buyer came with an all cash offer, although very particular and making low-ball offers, Adam assisted us through the negotiation process and across the finish line.

Buyer reviewWe were selling our house in NY and our realtor was from Century 21, we asked if she could recommend a Myrtle Beach realtor and she knew Adam and recommended him. Our house was on the market, but not sold, we called him and he was so friendly and helpful.. sent us listings and asking what our specific requests were and price range. We came south twice just to view different houses and found this one which we loved. When we put an offer in, they didn't negotiate price but Adam helped us negotiate other " extras" . We felt like we were his only client, felt so special. He came for the walk through helping us point out little fixable flaws. There were many texts, emails and phone calls between us. We couldn't be happier. He even stopped by to see us after we got the keys and brought a housewarming gift. Since we were new to the area, we asked for help with contact info for house insurance, car insurance, handymen and he gave several suggestions. He's a huge asset to Century 21 Broadhurst.

Seller reviewFrom the moment I met Adam I knew he was the one. He was so kind, attentive and mannerly. My daughter was out of the country and Adam was so kind to include my son in on all the communications so I had moral support. I really didn't need any extra because Adam walked with me through every step. He didn't mind my "weird" questions and concerns. He always kept me updated on showings and any pertinent information I needed to know about. I told him he was very patient with this "old lady"!! He is very knowledgeable and always available to listen to concerns I had-which were probably more than usual. Adam is an energetic, qualified and confident young man. I would highly recommend him to any of my friends. I felt like from day one I had a friend in my corner. He came to the closing which was such a comfort to me. He also sent a beautiful gift from Harry and Dave's -so thoughtful! I appreciated working with Adam-he is one of the good guys? .

Seller reviewAdam was very knowledgeable when we had questions and concerns in the sale of our home. He was calm and reassuring when needed but also could be a pit bull when obstacles arose. We had a few set backs to no fault of him or our home due to our sale being contingent on the sale of another home which fell through. Ultimately, the same buyer came back to us after selling theirs to a cash buyer. We have closed the deal and so relieved that the whole process ended with the sale of our home and feel we couldn't have done it without Adam. We highly recommend him for all of your real estate needs!
