Adam Oberski did a great job with open house and explaining the offers that came in. Having inspection done in a timely manner so repairs could be done and sale of the house could proceed. Adam did a wonderful job considering the seller was 90 years old and living in AZ. Since the house was in a family trust it made it twice as difficult to secure the signing papers but got them done on time for signing. Adam also went out of the way after the closing to make sure the title company returned the original death certificate for our father to the family.
