I live out of state so I was looking for someone who could meet with us the weekend we were in town and then continue to help us from long distance. I reached out to several agents that had high ratings. Adam returned my call and said his partner wasn't available the weekend we were coming into town but he could help us. I was a bit concerned because he did not have a lot of experience but after "interviewing" him over the phone and a few followup calls he promptly returned, I was confident he would be able to meet our needs. Not only did he meet them, but we could not have dreamed of a better agent! Adam spent several hours with us showing us the town and several properties over the two days we were in town. We didn't find exactly what we were looking for but after returning home, Adam kept in touch. He knew what we were looking for and reached out to us as soon as the property we eventually purchase was listed. Being a local boy, not only was he very knowledgable of the area but he was very helpful in providing contacts and other information we needed to make sure the property was what we wanted to purchase. He went over to the house many times to meet with contractors to help evaluate and give us estimates on repair costs. He also returned to the home several times to check on utilities and take more pictures. With his assistance I was very comfortable to purchase the property without having seen it in person. When the escrow company did not provide required documents in a timely manner, he work with the escrow company to get things going so we could close on time. Since we are from out of town, it was very important to find an agent that would be friendly and responsive to our needs. We couldn't have asked for a better agent! Adam always made himself available and usually returned calls or text messages within a few minutes. If he was unable to promptly return a call, he's send a text to let me know that he had received the message and when he'd get back to me. Beyond being the ideal real estate agent, he honestly is a great guy! With his personable and friendly demeanor, not only have a found a professional and reliable contact, but i'm pleased to have made a new friend! Admittedly I was a bit concerned to trust an agent that is relatively new to the profession but as it turned out, I could not have imagined a better person to assist with our real estate needs. He has a lot of characteristics that already make him a great agent! HIs friendly and sincere personality along with his strong work ethic are far more important than years of experience. At all times I felt he was genuine and not just "being nice" to try to make us happy. The few things he wasn't sure of, he was able to network with other professionals to find accurate responses and get back with us very quickly. I would guess that most people could learn the tasks necessary to become an effective agent, but Adam cares about others and is genuinely a nice person that knows how to work hard. Those are the things that are going to make Adam a superstar agent!
