Seller reviewI have been so impressed with Adavid Broden that I have referred several associates to him and will continue to use his services. He is not afraid to take on difficult sales, and he will not shy away from issues that might make any other realtor run in the opposite direction. He is solution-oriented and committed to his clients. He found solutions to my issues with bad buyers, criminals and squatters, eviction, theft and vandalism, insurance claims, police reports, securing of the property, repairs, and a conventional sale that became a short sale (6 months later). He was available to me whenever I needed him and he spared nothing to help me close my file. I appreciate and admire his manner, his staff, and his professionalism. He is excellent.
