After relocating from Missouri in 2005, Addie became a licensed Arizona real estate agent in 2008. Addie found a home as an agent with CENTURY 21 Northwest in 2010 and ever since, has focused on working with buyers, sellers, and renters in the North and West Valley areas. Her favorite things about Arizona real estate are meeting new people and learning about different areas in the Valley. Addie enjoys going to Cardinals football games with her kids, hiking around Thunderbird Park, traveling, and appreciating the outdoors with her family.

Seller reviewAddie Graham sold my mother-in-laws home 4 years ago when we relocated to Iowa. While we had rented our to a long-term renter, the market had improved and it was time that we put our second home on the market. Addie stopped by the home as we were painting and prepping for it to go on the market, gave feedback on areas to improve and provided an overall assessment of the property. Our initial listing value came in higher than we had anticipated. Since we are no longer live in AZ, Addie was crucial in following up with contractors that needed access to the home. She also texted or emailed updates as they happened informing me of showings/open houses, along with feedback from the viewers. She ended up selling the home to someone who had inquired directly with her and I was happy to see her get the full commission for her hard work. I knew Addie and her husband prior to her obtaining her real estate license and would just to commend her on her professionalism and obvious success at what she does. Great job, Addie!!!

We discussed our game plan on negotiating the price we wanted and she followed it exactly as we ended up with our purchase at exactly the price we wanted to pay. Mrs. Graham responded to our every whim and question no matter what reasonable time of day it was. She is amazing. Not only will we use her in the future but will suggest her to anyone that asks. Addie was so amazing that I couldn't have expected more from her or any other realtor for that matter and she was such a pleasure to work with.
