Seller reviewAfter 4 months of sitting on the market and various pricing strategies, we decided to switch realtors when our listing expired. Simply put, deciding to work with Adele Suddes was the best decision we could have made, and we are convinced, is the only reason our home sold so quickly. Her extensive knowledge of the real estate industry was paramount and integral to the sale of our home. Every aspect of what Adele provided guidance and recommendations on (pricing / staging /pictures / listing write-up) resulted in our home getting an above asking price offer less than 24 hours after being placed back on the market as her listing.

Buyer reviewThis is our second time using Adele when purchasing a property in Nassau county… That in itself should say a lot… In the last transaction, she and the selling agent went the extra mile in assisting with. Making sure the outdated shared dock agreement was rewritten prior to closing… I know it was an effort, and I appreciate it immensely. she also organized for us to meet with the previous owner, which was wonderful in understanding the inspiration for building the home the way he did… Plus, we hope it gave him closure/contentment in knowing that the torch was being passed to someone who would treasure his home, and the love and care key, and his wife had put into the original design.. thanks again, Adele… You're awesome

Buyer reviewEnough cannot be said about Adele. I'm in the military and was trying to purchase a property across the country. Adele consistently went above and beyond to show us houses and find the most perfect home for our family. During the process she walked through the home multiple times ensuring everything was perfect for when we arrived and coordinated the minor repairs that where needed and took videos of the progress along the way. I have purchased four previous homes and sold two and have never had a real estate agent that I would trust more with a major purchase like this for your family than Adele. She really was an absolute blessing to work with and would highly recommend!!!!

In addition to these properties, Adele has helped me purchase properties in Fernandina Beach and Yulee. Each time Adele made me feel like I was her only client among the many clients she was assisting. Adele is available 24-7! Adele has shown me houses early Sunday morning and took my calls or texts early morning, late evening and even when she was on vacation. Adele is professional and knows her craft! I have never been disappointed with her skills in selling and helping me purchase real estate in Nassau County, Florida. Along the way we have become friends too! I would recommend Adele for any type of sell or purchase; she is a top-notch salesperson and a great communicator.

Buyer reviewAdele's the bomb. Even when we walked on a seller, Adele was still 100% with us (despite the loss of her commission). She put in a ton of work and her attitude stayed positive even after we exercised our due diligence. It worked out in the end, because the seller ended up calling us back to accept our offer. Adele put together a list of comps, got competing bids on needed repairs, and negotiated against a tough agent. When we decide to buy another Florida property, we'd gladly ask her to represent us.
