After the sale of my home I recommended my son his family for the sale of his Condo and purchase of a new home, few weeks later I also recommended Adrian to my daughter for the sale of her home as well, making US all happy CUSTOMERS.

We would definitely recommend Adrian to others. He was very aware of our needs and that helped in knowing which home we wanted. He took his time and really cared about our family. There is no bad review here for Adrian, he was excellent!

To use realty language, he had great curb appeal as a neat appearing, friendly, considerate , patient, polite, pleasant , forthright, eager, and dutiful, and highly knowledgeable professional. Spending time with him is a pleasure. He, at once, makes you feel comfortable and that he truly is there to indoctrinate you to all of the intricacies of realty. Also, he makes you feel that he is not a salesman, but an adviser who is highly conscientious in spending as much time on a transaction to guarantee that a client's wishes were totally fulfilled Not only is Adrian all of the above to his clients, he is, in addition that way to all of the subsidiary people with whom he comes in contact with, i.e. bankers and other brokers. What he is building in his construction-related field is a good reputation. He clearly demonstrates that he honestly likes his chosen work. At the same time, he is aware of what is going on in the world, so that during long drives, he is a good conversationalist. Much involved in athletics, the best way to describe him is as a good sport. Century-Twenty One Atkins Realty quickly responded to my initial cold call by having Adrian Kadas get in touch with me immediately at the end of a meeting in which he was involved. He instantly set up a prompt meeting for the two of us to get together, for which he diligently prepared for by gathering a number of applicable properties for me to view with him. He, himself, has a large interest in architecture, which further en- hances his animation in his showings. Adrian invariably keeps himself on an even keel, not frustrating himself or his client. If something doesn't go right, he does not waste time over it,but, rather, keenly finds alternative solutions. One of his many specialties is putting "new-to-Florida" people at their ease, seriously acclimating them to their new environment. If clients should change their property preferences, he straightly adjusts to them and steers them in their new direction. He never is after an easy sale. His mammoth effort makes it rewarding for both him and the customer. Adrian is always available to a client. If he can not take a call right away, he returns it promptly. He appears, himself, at closings, and before them he goes through the inclusive paperwork figures with one in full detail. Going even further than his required duties, he volunteers to over- see even the mechanical request of buyers, often performing a lot of the tasks himself. To say that he is unstoppable in having all data of each transaction easily at his disposal strongly echoes his good organizational skills.

Working with Adrian and Gabby was great! We used them to buy, and eventually sell our house. All of the information they provided to me regarding the property and the market were very accurate. They were always responsive to my requests and questions, and they were very pleasant to work with. I'd hire them them again!

Adrian went well beyond what his normal duties would entail. Purchasing from out of state his help was indispensable.

Adrian was very professional and made this process a lot easier. He is a very kind person, was always available when I needed him and was able to answer all my questions. Overall i Could not ask for a better Realtor, Adrian was great.
