Agnes Li was truly a real trooper. We would give her a list of properties we wanted to see within a 2-day period and she would have them all lined up for us. Some properties needed trudging through mud or driving down dirt roads to get to. Nothing put her off, she was there for us. Some properties we wanted to see a second time, some we needed more information on. Because of her and our perseverance, we found our dream home and we are so thankful that we got to know Agnes through this process.

Agnes is very knowledgeable, polite and efficient for real estate agent. She really goes over and above my expectations. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a real estate agent.

I called the office because it was listed as the broker for a piece of property in which I was interested. Agnes was the agent on call that day and available to show us the property. We met shortly thereafter at the property in question. She was very congenial in demeanor and very knowledgeable about the property and about Fort Bragg in general, which we very much appreciated. Through an offer and a counter offer, we ultimately did not choose that piece of property; however, Agnes promised to keep in touch if other properties matching what we wanted came up for sale. A few weeks later, we scheduled a time to come up and view four properties with Agnes. Settled on one and immediately put in an offer. Offer was accepted quickly, and Agnes got started on all the proper paperwork. She also did an excellent job of putting me in contact with local people to satisfy any inspection needs I had. Staying in frequent contact is essential during the time constraints of a sale, and she was always available and in touch when needed. This transaction went very smoothly from start to finish, and Agnes facilitated it beautifully. Would recommend Agnes to anyone interested in Fort Bragg real estate.
