Akis talked the buying agent into seeing the house even though it wasnt in their price range they were looking for. They loved it and decided to make a offer. Aki is good at negotiating and we reached a agreement I was happy with. The walk through went well and closing went smooth. Within 60 days my house was Sold and had Closed!! I would recommend Aki to everyone. He knows this business!!!
