When I first talked to Al Monbaron, a cold call from me, he was enthusiastic about meeting the very next day to discuss the possibility of representing me. When we met the next morning, he arrived already prepared with comps and information about the area. This was my first time ever selling property. He was clear about what I did and didn't need to do prior to having showings. I found him easy to talk to and he was able to answer all my questions. Once we had a buyer, he continued to stay in regular contact, giving me updates the whole way through. Even though I was out-of-state, I felt very involved in the process while knowing everything was in good hands. I would definitely work with Al again if I was buying or selling in the area!

The office staff were courteous when scheduling showings, which I appreciated. Al Monbaron exceeded our expectations in representing our property. Both my husband and myself were very pleased with the sale of our home. We had an older home, and fully understood it would take a buyer who appreciated the style of home to make the sale.
