Seller reviewThe first time we worked with Alan was to buy a home, and this second time was to sell that same home. We enjoyed working with Alan so much the first time, we didn't even consider working with anyone else. Alan is incredibly knowledgeable and thorough with his work and communication. He is always very detailed and available to answer questions at any time. Alan's honesty and professionalism played a big role in our experience of pricing the home just right so that an offer (that we ended up taking) came in at an unexpected time. Perhaps it was a bit of luck but seeing other comparable homes in the area stay on the market for way longer, we firmly believe Alan's dedication to his role was really what aided in the sale quickly. The experience was so smooth, we honestly would have been comfortable allowing him to make all of the decisions! While professional, it doesn't hurt that Alan is also a fun individual to work with. I would forever recommend him to friends/family in the area!
