Buyer reviewAlan Simpson is absolutely wonderful. He went above and beyond to help me out. Alan worked around my schedule,brought paperwork to my office,stayed over late for me to resign my financing application just so i wouldn't have to go all the way back to Johnson City. He is very dedicated to his clients. Alan came out on a Sunday in the snow just to show me a house. He is very compassionate and considerate,during this process I had to make an emergency trip to South Carolina because I lost a very dear family member and Alan text and called just to check on me and see how i was doing and that meant the world to me! I will forever be thankful for all of his hard work and his sincere friendly attitude. I highly recommend Alan to anyone who needs a great realtor!

Buyer reviewWe are not computer friendly, so to do a search was just overwhelming to us. This survey was more then we wanted to do. Alan did all of the computer work for us in his office. We sat down in the cafe area and he had his computer hooked up to a TV and he let us use the mouse to scroll through pictures - it could not have been any easier for us. Thank you for making our experience with a top rate company perfect. Thank you Alan for your time and patience.
