My name is Alan Weems and I would like the opportunity to serve as your Realtor. As a residential and commercial Realtor since 2003, I offer real experience, real integrity, and real guidance to my clients. I taught marketing at Central Nine Career Center for over thirty years, and continue to coach high school girls basketball after twenty-plus years. My past experiences and my family (wife, Jo Ellen, and sons Tyler and Nathan) along with my involvement in my church, shape who I am and how I function as a Realtor. I am your guide and coach through the entire real estate process, putting your family or business needs at the center of my efforts.I am humbled and grateful to have earned the trust of my clients, as evidenced by multiple awards for Quality Service, as well as sales totaling over thirty million dollars. The awards are only a reflection of the people behind them....the friends who have become clients, the clients who have become friends, and the many former students who have trusted me to help them with their real estate needs. Seller reviewI chose Alan as my realtor to sell my condo on Gavin Drive because of previously knowing him. The process of selling my home was so smooth that I would definitely refer him to anyone who I am aware of either buying/selling a home. He was very approachable, accessible, and knowledgeable about selling my condo. The process took a little longer than we hoped, but Alan made a commitment to get the job done and when he told me that someone had interest in buying my condo, I think he was just as excited as I was! I not only sold my first loved home but gained a great friend (Alan) in the process. I am so thankful for his services.

Seller reviewAllen did a wonderful job for us. Our house had an offer in one day. He took care of everything for us. Allen is a great man and very easy to work with. Not only does he sale real estate, he is a girls high school basketball coach. He is a very positive influence on the girls and they love him. Would not choose anyone else to sale my house.

Seller reviewAlan really went above and beyond for us... There was one night where a house that we liked became available and Alan knew it wouldn't last long so he offered to send his wife over to stay at our house (while our kids slept) and he was going to show us the house at 10:30 pm. Alan was right and the house had already had another offer by the time we could get to it, but I think this is a great example of the type of person Alan is.

Buyer reviewAlan Weems was extremely knowledgeable about the area and the different neighborhoods. He did a tremendous job selling our house, and finding a house for us to purchase. He worked tirelessly all hours throughout several months to find buyers, and find a certain house for us. We were picky customers and constantly communicated with him. He always had a positive attitude, and worked hard to find exactly what we wanted. I would recommend Mr. Weems to any family member or person who is in need of a realtor.
