Seller reviewI interviewed four other realtors before Alane and they did not listen to my needs for getting the property listed. I do not live near the property so coordinating repair and cleaning was an issue that the other realtors were not interested in helping me accomplish. The list price was also not satisfactory from the other realtors. Alane was positive, helpful,' get it done' for an amazing price. I would have been forced to underprice and not had a stream of interested buyers with the other realtors. Alane saw past the mess, past the obstacles and made the connections happen to find a happy buyer. She is the ONLY reason I did not lose the property for lack of exposure to buyers. She was always very affirming to me, that it was doable without extraordinary measures to get it presentable for showing. NO ONE else including my family believed the property would clean up and be listed competitively with the other units in the complex except Alane. She worked magic in a timely manner with such a positive attitude. She certainly made the real estate transaction she handled feel professionally navigated to me, the seller, who handed her a problem property. Definitely trusted her guidance and enjoyed her attitude and cant thank her enough for supporting me through out the process.
