Due to COVID 19 and me losing my job. Alex understood why we had to sell our beloved home in Ellettsville. I purchased a 1930s era farm house, sight-unseen, while overseas on Navy Reserve orders to Korea. He was available all hours to accommodate the nearly 12-hour time zone difference between Indiana and Korea. My degree of trust in Alex was demonstrated by a POA in which I assigned him signature authority to close in case I was unable to return from Korea in time. I am generally not one to offer glowing reviews, feeling responsible for finding areas to improve any person or process. But Alex and 21st Century Scheetz really his this home purchase out of the park and have my highest recommendation.

Not being from Bloomington I wasn't sure what to do on the sale of my moms house after she passed as I live about an hour and a half away. I had talked to a friend of mine who's wife is in real estate and she recommended Alex Everett. I couldn't be happier that I did. He went over and above in helping me to get the house ready to sell as it needed work done to it. I really appreciate all that he did for in this whole process.

Alex was great to work with. Always patient and excited to show us any home at any time. He was energetic and we LOVE our home!
