We met alex a little over a year ago. We called century 21 from a sign we saw on a property and Alex answered the phone that day. Since then she has shown us several properties along with answering endless questions. We were kinda picky on what we liked since we were trying to find our forever home. And alex was so understanding and patient with us. She would sent us properties weekly when they would come available, to make sure we never missed out on anything. Alex new her business. My husband always had a million questions about the land and alex didn't miss a beat. She always had the answers. We were highly impressed with her knowledge. When we came to look at the house we just bought. We all walked in the door and right then we all knew it was going to be the one. We had to sale our current home we had before moving forward with the purchase of this home. Alex again was so patient and so helpful through the process. Our house sold in less than 48 hours and when that time came, alex was on top gear. Making sure we could get closings close to eachother. She stayed on top of title company. And with our lender. She knew what we needed to have done and when. She even took her own time out of her day to help with documents for the title company. Which was not her job at all. But she stepped up and went above and beyond and out of her way to help because she knew we needed to close by a certain time. She has been the most sweetest person we have both ever met. We could go on and on about miss alex. She is now such a great friend to both of us. (My husband and myself). Our families even loved her after being around her for just a few minutes. When we walked in our new home for the first time. Alex had a gift basket and the most sweetest and heartfelt of all, she had a gift for our two boys. With the sweetest note to us and them. She has really impressed us as you can tell.. I have never met alex before this. And now I can truly say she is one of a kind. Salt of the earth gal. We were so impressed that we are making her let us take her out for dinner one night for all her hard work, dedication to us and her above and beyond tasks. So yes. We would highly recommend her to anyone and everyone!!!

Alex flautt was very knowledgeable and trustworthy with the sale of my property . Alex was always available for any questions or concerns I might have . Alex was very respectful and polite to both me and the potential buyers , I would highly recommend alex flautt in any real estate needs you might have . I will definitely be using alex flautt in any other real estate deals I have.

I emailed four different agencies. Alex and another agent contacted me as requested by phone. After careful consideration I chose Alex. I liked her attitude and her energy since the initial phone call. Each and every time I called, even on weekends Alex would answer or call back shortly. I also liked that if she did not know the answer she would find out what was needed and get me the answer. Never did she have a bad attitude. Alex was a pleasure to do business with and her energy and attitude towards my needs was excellent. Did not have to deal with anyone else at Harvey Properties, but if they are all like Alex then I can understand why they are in business.
