Since we were in Fl. and could not journey to NC easily Alex made the details work even though we were not very computer savvy. High recommendations from family for Alex Alex was most considerate of our situation and thus helped in allaying our fears.

Alex was extremely professional and she was very patient with us. Because we were new to the area she showed us different areas in Jacksonville and because she lives here we were interested in what she had to say. The first place she took us is exactly where we settled on a home. We have had the chance to be here a few weeks over Christmas and explore the area. We feel we picked a perfect location for us. She also seen that we got a light over my sink, not sure why the builder didn't put one in but she handles getting one installed and was a gift from Alex to us. We would definitely recommend Alex for someone looking for a home in the area. Thank you so much Alex. Alex provided a wonderful experience in what can be a trying time moving from Delaware to NC. She also helped us with where to shop for furniture and provided a name of someone who can make window treatments. We are looking forward to being part of the Jacksonville, NC.
