As first time home buyers, we needed a lot of direction, and she was able to guide us through the process in a way that was empowering and extremely satisfying. We really couldn't have asked for a better realtor. Alex was fantastic every step of the way. She always made us feel like we were in control of the process, while still being proactive and moving extremely quickly when things needed to happen. She was there for every step of the process, and made buying a home mostly via FaceTime as easy and painless as it could have been. Working with Alex Eldredge genuinely felt like working with a friend. She clearly had our best interests at heart, respected our opinions and boundaries, listened carefully to what we said, and was unfailingly polite and firm with every other professional we interacted with. She is also quite funny. 10/10, would buy again, just as soon as I have a spare $730k lying around.

Buyer reviewI found Alex via Instagram hashtags for #novarealtor. I knew what communities I wanted, and was under contract pretty quickly after Alex and I had our first meeting. So while I found the property on my own, I am extremely grateful for Alex's knowledge of the purchase process and negotiations, especially as a first time homebuyer. She was able to walk me through a few different hurdles including getting denied by 3 lenders, setting a closing date that would work around my apartment lease, and ensuring I was getting the maximum amount from the builder. She even helped negotiate a higher selling price on the house so I could get a credit toward closing costs. Thanks so much, Alex, for helping me through this process from start to finish.
