Seller reviewI called CENTURY 21 Homefinders of Hawaii to sell an empty lot that had been in my family for over 50 years. Since I am not in Hawaii, I was fortunate that Alice A. Wise answered the phone call and proceeded to explain what was needed and get the process started. Alice submitted a buy offer within a day, and I accepted it. Then the Paperwork started! Doing a bunch of stuff via on-line is not my thing, but Alice and the team at First American Title helped me get it done. Due to a problem in name misspeling, Alice and First American Title had to coordinate with me several times to get documents corrected. Thank you Alice A Wise of CENTURY 21 Homefinders of Hawaii and also a special Thank you very much to Dietra Lopez and Katie Jones of First American Title.

Buyer reviewI'd recommend Alice to all my friends and family. She knows the lay of land. We looked at many houses and sent in bids for a few houses. Lost a few bids but nothing to do with Alice. The area are just a hot market. We lived on Oahu so I looked up a few listings and Alice was nice enough to vertical view the houses I liked. In the end we found a beautiful house that was right for me and my family's needs. I'd recommend Alice to anyone and everyone. This was our first home purchase so it was awesome to know that she had our best interest at heart.
