She was recommended by our close family friend, and after online research, I felt that Alice would be a great person to work with. We are in another state and ours was a fairly inexpensive property sale. It required simple but perhaps unusual work to list and sell. As a result, some things that would be necessary for a traditional home sale weren't big factors for us. But the important factors including the listing, regular communication with us, and dealing with offers, were executed wonderfully by Alice.
