Let me introduce myself and tell you a little bit about me…First of all, I am a Marshfield native. Marshfield is my home town and I never found a reason to leave. Being involved in the housing industry has always been my profession and lifestyle. I am a licensed real estate Salesperson/Broker with CENTURY 21 Gold Key Realty, Inc. In the past, I owned a real estate/construction company and worked in the mortgage field as a loan originator. The real estate world is forever changing and every day can be a new adventure. I love what I do and invest time, continuing education and funds to be the best I can be. I have professional designations and have served in numerous areas on the Central WI Board of Realtors. I am supportive of our local communities and events and am willing to volunteer and donate to causes dear to my heart. No matter what phase of life you are at: purchasing your first home, needing a larger home for your growing family, relocating, downsizing, purchasing a second home or investment property, I can and would be privileged to help you! My personal life is all about my family, friends and the simple things in life. I have 2 adult children, Ben Franz and Megan (Lee) Umnus and 3 busy fun loving grandsons, Bryce, Calder and Dalton. My circle of friends is precious to me and our time together is appreciated. I enjoy simplicity. I love being 'That" Grandma at my grandson's ball games and other events. I enjoy going to the lake, camping and boating. My at home time is spent on improvement projects, gardening, cooking and baking. Seller reviewCentury 21 was recommended to me by a local realtor in Waupaca that I knew. I called and spoke with Alice Franz and knew within the first 5 minutes that I had called the right realtor. She was so friendly and knowledgeable and I was so glad I had called her to help me with the paperwork on the sale of my Father's property. I had a buyer but did not know how to go about the actually paperwork and steps need to sell the property. She took care of everything! I cannot say enough about Alice. She is such a great person - so nice and so helpful. I will never forget how much she did for my Dad and myself and how understanding she was with him. She took a very stressful time for my Dad and myself and made it stress-free. I was able to concentrate on my Dad and other important issues that needed my attention and not worry about the paperwork on his property. I had a buyer, I just needed help with all the paperwork which, without Alice, would have been a nightmare for me. She took all that stress away. If I every need a realtor in the future, I will certainly turn to Century 21 and hope that Alice Franz would be there to help me again! All I can say is I am thoroughly satisfied with Century 21 and can't thank Alice enough!

Alice was always willing to listen to our concerns and showed great interest in every aspect of our sale. She always had a positive attitude and worked diligently to do the very best for us. This allowed me to not only see available real estate but meet - and essentially interview - a number of real estate agents. I had a previous bad experience with a different broker in town and didn't know how to go about finding someone to work with who would represent my interests, help me navigate buying my first home, and support me in my decision making process. Upon meeting Alice at two different open houses that day, it was clear she understood my needs better than any other agent I had spoken with and was incredibly knowledgeable about buying a home in our community. It was an easy decision to engage with her in this process.
