Seller reviewAlice is phenomenal. She saw that the house had potential, but it needed to be emptied and scrubbed. She and her 2 coworkers on 3 of the hottest days of the summer removed 4.2 tons of material from the house. Alice was carrying and hauling material the entire time. Her guys love and respect her. Alice invited the neighbors to come visit the house prior to the first open house. Through social media and other means of communicating, Alice got the word out about the sale of the house. We had 5-6 offers within 4 days of the first open house. We passed papers within 1 month of the first open house without one snag. Alice was very clear and thorough with regard to what I needed to do to be prepared for the closing. Alice even kept the whole process moving forward and was accepting text messages while she was in Europe on vacation. Alice is very good at her job. I can assure you that she has your your best interests at heart.
