Buyer reviewI attended the same church as Alice for several years. When I began looking for realtors, I remembered her. I based my decision mainly off of what I knew about her honesty and integrity as a person. Everything else was a consideration, but that was really my main reason for choosing her. On top of her character, I was hoping that Alice was a knowledgeable business person and she sure proved that again and again throughout the whole process Alice went above and beyond for us. Her attention to detail was amazing. She helped the seller's realtor, who was relatively new to the business. She negotiated on our behalf, she put details into the contract for our protection that I wouldn't have thought of, and she was very gracious with her time and money.
