Alice is one of the most competent realtors in the area. We appreciate that fact that she has lived in Chico for years and is very familiar with the local market. She bends over backward to make sure her clients get the best deals, and she is available day or night. Banks have definitely tightened their lending standards, but in the end, Alice makes it happen.
