I would simply add one comment in particular, about providing resources for improvements, in this case new carpeting - Alicia had an excellent short list of carpet companies to choose from that were available quickly for an on site estimate .. the carpet company I selected did a great job ! Alicia was very prompt when listing our home for sale and getting us out seeing available homes on the market. She listened to our wants and needs for our new home, and was able to execute this quickly. She was able to answer all of our questions along with selling and closing on our house the same day to make it an easy transaction. She was kind and thoughtful. Would use her again if we ever decide to move/ purchase in the future, as this was the second time we have used her. We are a forever customer.
