He was patient and agreed to meet me at the property on a Saturday on short notice to do a follow-up visit. He is responsive and professional at all times. Allen is a great realtor, good guy, and truly knows the area. He kept me from having to deal with a number of annoying details and stepped it up when my mortgage company dropped the ball on more than one occasion. Highly recommended!
