Buyer reviewDuring our home purchase, we had a wonderful experience with our realtor, Allen White, and the service provided by CENTURY 21 Scott Myers Realtors. The home buying process can be overwhelming but Allen White was fantastic every step of the way. From finding potential properties to helping us negotiate a favorable contract, Allen was constantly and consistently available. We had access to contractors via Allen White and Century 21; we didn't have to locate our own. He communicated effectively about each part of the process. In addition to his expertise and professionalism, Allen White was friendly and kind throughout our home-buying journey. He patiently answered our questions with clear explanations, ensuring we fully understood the process and its necessities. His calm and patient approach turned this otherwise stressful event into a smooth and successful process. We are grateful that Allen White was our realtor. We highly recommend him.

Buyer reviewAllen from the beginning was upfront and imformational. He let me know that I was his priority and he will be with me ever step of the way "and he was". I enjoyed his sense of humor as well, we had lots of laughs, he made the process very smooth. Anytime I had a question I reached out to him and he responded. My original closing date was November 28th but I spoke with Allen and expressed that I wanted to close before Thanksgiving. He was able to pass that information on to the builders and I closed on 11/22/23. Kudos to you Allen, I appreciate all that you have done!!!
