As a 4th generation native Southern Californian and resident of the Temecula Valley over 22 years, Allison has an extensive local knowledge of the area's neighborhoods, schools, proximity for commuter clients, those things a family cares about when entertaining a new home. For more than 17 years, residents of Riverside County and surrounding areas have come to Allison for a real estate experience second to none founded on serving the needs of the client first. Allison has won numerous awards for both production and quality service including all 3 of Century 21's prestigious Centurion, Quality Service Pinnacle & President's Award in the same year. Allison's father was a World War II Marine who left the mid-west to fight for his country and returned to civilian life in the construction industry. From this, Allison has a strong work ethic and the pride and satisfaction that comes from working hard to improve the lives of others. Allison has an energetic and positive outlook and believes there is no such thing as a down market. Allison is a part of Century 21 Award's Relocation Team serving both Corporate clients as well as our Military members and their families. Allison is also proud to serve on the Professional Standards committee for the local Board of Realtors and is also a member of the California Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors. Seller reviewThis was our first house sale ever and Allison did an excellent job making the experience as easy as possible. Allison was with us every step along the way and was avaible 24/7 for questions or comments, no matter how insignificant or dumb your question was. She broke down the whole home selling process for us and was "holding our hand" the entire way. Allison is also very trustworthy and is someone you can count on with all your assests. She was even willing to help drive my wife and kids to the airport as we were leaving the state. Thank you so much!

Selling a home in California while living in Pennsylvania seemed impossible. But Allison led us every step of the way with her invaluable expertise and kind, caring manner. She even recommended top notch construction workers to do the needed repairs (which she accurately suggested) while overseeing their completion! Saying she went above and beyond for us is an understatement. Does she know her business? Our home went under contract three days after it went on the market! This whole transaction was so much easier and, yes, even delightful because of Allison! We most highly recommend her. She's the best! We trusted Allison to choose the new flooring and paint color for our home, as she has so much knowledge in what buyers are looking for in that particular area. She did a remarkable job! The house went under contract three days after going on the market. We could not have found a better realtor anywhere else! If there was a higher category than "excellent", we would have chosen that!
