Hello! I'm Ally, your Realtor, your Realtor Ally! I'm here to be your ally as you sell, buy, lease or invest in residential and commercial property. I bring with me over 10 years of contract drafting, interpretation and negotiating experience as a transactional lawyer (specializing in corporate, banking and securities law) in Seoul, Korea, Hong Kong and Dallas; over 10 years of experience and understanding of the local school districts as tutor and college consultant (I'll get you into USC without the jailtime! LOL); and over 25 years of living and watching growth in the DFW Metroplex. The common thread running through my three careers in law, education/consulting, and real estate is advising. Allison showed up at our door inquiring about a lot behind our property. I told Allison that we were putting this house up for sale and we were going to be looking for a house soon but we wouldn't be able to afford anything in the area so we didn't have any idea what we were going to do. Allison assured me that she would come up with a solution if we would give her a chance and I'm happy we did. She was very busy but we felt like we were her only client the way she took care of us. Allison is very good at her job. I know because we tested her many times. My wife and I are not the ideal clients. We threw up many obstacles for her to overcome and she kept going through them and giving us options and solutions to our problems. Allison was great in every aspect of the process. There was nothing she couldn't take care of. Allison found a solution for financing and she found us a great home in a great location that we could afford. Then she negotiated the sale for us and got us everything we wanted and needed. Allison is very intelligent, professional and personable. She still stays in touch to make sure everything is going well with our new home. Allison is our friend. We will definitely use Allison again when we get ready to find a new house.
