Seller reviewThis was our 2nd experience working with Allison - the first one buying a property and this one was selling a property. She is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and ethical --- she helped us set realistic expectations on all of the important aspects of selling this particular property in a challenging market - including price setting, timing of the listing, gauging prospective buyers, price adjustments, and price negotiations. She actively marketed our property and kept us informed of all the things along the way. It's refreshing to have partnered with a real estate agent who isn't solely motivated by commission and we highly recommend Allison to anyone who wants an energetic and ethical real estate agent on their side!
