Alma and her team are FANTASTIC!!! They are thorough, efficient, understanding, professional, and very easy to work with. They responded to questions and concerns, almost immediately, and we're throw in there explanations when I didn't understand processes or procedures. They were professional in the selling of our house, and in working with the buyers realtor. Our house sold in two days of being put on the market. Thanks to Alma and her team. We will never use anyone else due to the high quality and professionalism of their work. Additionally, they truly cared about us and our move. And that speaks volumes. Alma is truly a gift to the profession. I've never seen anyone who so thoroughly enjoys her work and does it to such a high degree of excellence!

This was our second home sale utilizing Alma, and we were so happy with our first contact with her. Alma was always available when we had questions or concerns (even at times of day that exceeded regular business hours). Alma is very knowledgeable and IF she wasn't sure of something she would say so, and immediately follow up with us once she obtained the accurate information. She is very comfortable to deal with.

Alma Markovich is an outstanding real estate agent but most importantly a wonderful human being. Alma is very patient and at no point pressured us at all. She was always available regardless of what time or day it was. Alma went out of her way to schedule multiple home visits and make a route for us because she knew we lived in Los Angeles and would make our home-hunting in the Inland Empire worth the trip. She is a very honest and humble person. Alma to us did not feel like a real estate agent she felt more like family. A person that we felt comfortable with and knew she had our back 100%. When we were finally given the keys to our new home, Alma had set up balloons and cards for our daughters and our family. She took pictures and prayed for us. To this day I can call or text Alma with a question regarding our home and she responds right away.
