I choose Alma Markovich because I have worked with her on many real-estate deals and found her to be honest, trustworthy, knowledgeable, FUN, and most important genuine. She makes what I can usually be overwhelming and a stressful process so easy and fun. I also love that she can speak Spanish to help translate to my partner for his first purchase. I so appreciate Alma's commitment to make sure her client is happy with their home purchase/sell. I had called Alma to put in an offer on a Claremont property, but she informed me that it would be best to have my current home on the market to be the most competitive with my offer. So, I said, ok, lets put my home on the market. Alma was at my home taking photos and listed my property by end of day and it was sold the very next day (within hours), as well as, the Claremont offer was also submitted and accepted the same day as my sale. Both transactions all worked harmoniously with the dedication and passion from Alma. She was able to make both properties get through escrow with in the 30 days and handled all my questions and concerns with patience, professionalism, and grace. To start this sale was difficult for my family to begin as the property was in our family for many years.
