We did not expect to be able to purchase our first home as we were originally looking at continuing to rent. But Alvar and Maria took the time to share their expertise, to guide us with kindness and patience, and to advocate on our behalf in ways that go above and beyond the typical homebuying experience. They never rushed us or pushed us in any direction, but gave us the tools and resources we needed to make informed decisions. We found our first home within the first day of viewing places (!), and they helped us put in an offer that saved us money AND got us our first home! Above that, they are good and kind people, and it was a real pleasure working with them. Who knew that getting a phone call from your real estate agent can be fun! With Alvar and Maria, our homebuying experience was a positive and exciting experience. We can't wait to work with them again in the future!
