Buyer reviewBuying a home is an extremely stressful process, and it was made so much easier and more positive due to Alyce. Throughout the entire process she was not only responsive, but proactive in anticipating our needs, and explained things as we went along so that we understood all of what was happening. Whenever we had a question, no matter how basic it was, I was able to reach her through text, phone or email and she would get back to us almost immediately. She always welcomed questions and we never felt like we were bothering her or putting her out. Her knowledge of the area is extensive and this was very helpful, especially given the current market, as we were moving from a small town in northern Michigan and there were so many factors to consider in moving down here, which felt quite overwhelming. She was diplomatic and effective in working with all the parties involved (and ours was a somewhat complicated case). Overall it is just astonishing how hard she worked to make things happen in a way that was helpful to our particular situation, and we will be eternally grateful.
