I have known Amanda since I was in elementary school. Before getting into realty, Amanda taught with my mom. When my mom and I found out Amanda could help us both when selling and buying, we knew there wouldn't be anyone better for our family to work with. Amanda is so easy to get ahold of and quite literally takes care of you in every step of the buying/selling process. She regularly checked in with my lender and myself throughout the purchase process, helped to set up inspections, put my offer in and negotiated from December 22nd until late in the day on Christmas Eve. Amanda is thorough and explains things in a way that is easy to understand (especially to a first time home buyer). You can tell that she loves what she does and loves who she does it for. I will always continue to use Amanda for all property purchasing/selling processes.
