She always understood our standpoint as a seller but she also took in to consideration her views when working with the buyers as well. She offered us helpful advise and was always very knowledgeable in real estate. She was always quick to respond to us anytime of the day when we needed to contact her. Amanda always made us feel comfortable throughout the entire process because she was so relatable and easy to talk to. She was always very professional over the phone as well as in person. Amanda was always well dressed to represent Century 21. Amanda always worked hard to sale the property. She was constantly in contact with us, giving updates on showings, inspections, feedback from inspections that had taken place. Friends also informed us about advertising they had seen from her on our property so we know she did a great job of advertising. Amanda always worked all hours of the day. She would send early text and late evening text to inform us of documents now available to sign. She truly made us feel like we was her number one customers. I often wondered how she must have the time to take care of other clients because we felt like she worked so hard to take care of us. We know she is a busy lady too because her sales and reputation speak volumes of her good work. Amanda made everything as easy as it could be. We were not the most easy case for her. I know that we were complicated and our sale didn't come easy. She was always confident, patient and positive. We couldn't have worked with anyone to make it any better. Amanda was fantastic to work with. We have already and will continue to recommend her to others.
