Seller reviewI had worked with Amanda before. I prefer to deal with a local agent who knows the area. Amanda is a Myrtle Beach native, and that was the most important criteria to me. I did not want to work with someone new to the business, who has only lived here for a short period of time. Myrtle Beach is unlike a lot of places, where local knowledge can prove critical to buyers or sellers.
