Seller reviewAmanda was for the buyer, I had a realtor that I was using but he was either to busy to take my calls or didn't respond back. With this being a house that belong to my mom, Amanda made it easy with the sale of the house since the house was in probate. She was willing to talk to my lawyer and get what needed to be done so I wasn't involved or me being in the middle. She explained what needed to be done, walked me through the steps. She is very to talk to and was always there to answer questions. I would recommend Amanda Kirsten. Who is either looking to buy or sell a house. It was a first time selling a house experience..
