Amanda has been our go to person for selling and buying our last two times. She is super knowledgeable and works extremely hard for us. Helped us get everything in line and prepare for selling, giving us tips and pointers that would make things move quicker (and they always did). Perfectionist when it comes to her work and the paperwork. No holes! Covers all the bases and if she doesn't know the answer, she will get the answer for us. She did last minute showings for us and got us into homes super fast. She had made several house calls to talk to us face to face and advise us the best way to do things. Always able to reach her. There were several late night calls to get things in order and to get things done! She has bent over backwards for us multiple times and is totally understanding of our situations and decisions! Always very passionate about her work and us finding the best house. Very personable and fun to deal with. We love working with her. We probably were difficult to deal with at times and she never complained or balked at us, even though I'm sure there were times she wanted to pull her hair out! She never wanted less than the absolute best for us and our children. We will definitely use her again in the future and do recommend her to friends and family. We know she always has our backs.

My husband and I were looking for a house to purchase for our 2 daughters to live in while attending college.
