Seller reviewI could not be any happier about my experience working with Amanda. Her knowledge of the area and her ability to work with the buyer made this a remarkably easy experience. We had a few hurdles thrown at us that delayed the closing, and Amanda was quick to help. She worked with the buyer while we addressed the issues and ultimately we had a successful close. Buyer reviewAmanda Staines was phenomenal! She was knowledgeable, understanding and at the same time respectful of our needs and decisions. She selected houses for us to look at that met most of our requirements, so we did not waste any time when looking at houses. The communication was always quick and accurate. I felt that she had our well being at heart at all times. There was a day that an agent showed up to look at our house without having informed her. Amanda was not happy about this and immediately took action. I would recommend Amanda Staines to anyone because she really knows what she is doing, she is on top of things and she takes great care of her clients.
