Amanda Van Zante was great to work with. She was easy to contact for questions and she stayed on top of things. The house I ended up buying she told me about 30 minutes after it went on the market. In the current housing market climate speed and flexibly is important and Amanda was both. Even though I'm sure her schedule is very busy, Amanda's attentiveness made me feel like I was her only client. Hopefully I won't be moving anytime soon, but if I do I will definitely seek her out again.
